Soon the Burnt to Perfection BBQ & Chili TEAM started entering BBQ Contests and Chili Cook-offs and getting great reviews.  The BTP Chili TEAM took 2nd place People's Choice at the Hillbilly Chili Cook-off in Lakeview, AR. in 2005.

The team of Dan Hunt and Richard Lane took 1st place People's Choice Chili in Marietta Georgia this year - check out Chili News / Chili Cook-off - February 18, 2006 at  www.roccoschili.com

We practice with --- and still perfecting --- different rubs, spices and sauces. New cookers have been fabricated and a couple new smokers --- finally --- an old Snap On truck converted into a mobile kitchen --- and the rest is history.
